Costessey Parish Council provides a number of failities and functions including providing halls for rent, recreation ground with play areas and sports pitches, woodlands and open spaces and allotments.  It also provides a number of services: it holds all planning applications for the public to view for example and can help with many other local community issues.  The Councils motto is 'if we cannot help we will try to find someone who can!'
